Our Workmate Compaction and Concrete Cutting Equipment starts at $999.00 plus GST for our CP100 64 Kg Operating Weight Compaction Plate fitted with 5.5HP Honda GX 160 Unleaded Motor. Plate Size 500mm X 360mm. Vibration Frequency of 5500 VPM.
Workmate Compaction Plate Range
Our range includes small compaction plates and concrete cutting equipment from the CP100 @64kg operating weight through to our CP600 @ 300kg operating weight and includes features such as Forward and Reverse as well as On Spot Compaction options. All of our Workmate Equipment has been ergonomically designed with Easy to reach Controls and Control panels. Our equipment range includes features large shock mounts to reduce vibration through to the operating handle and reduce operator fatigue. Heavy Duty shock mounts reduce vibration through to the upper deck and concentrate vibration into the product where it is required most. Wear Resistant Base Plates greatly extend the life of wear componentry and our open design reduces material build up. Centrally located lifting bars enable easy transport in and out of trenches and onto vehicles and trailers for safe transportation. Some models are fitted with wrap around protection cages that assist in protecting the engine and associated equipment from accidental job site damage. Several models are fitted as standard with built in jockey wheels with other models having this feature available as optional. Sealed belt covers prevent sand and soil from entering areas of moving componentry. Rounded Edges on equipment help protect the exciter housing from objects around the work site. Ductile Iron Base Plates provide extended durability and componentry life. All units are fitted with throttle control at the operating handle and all models have adjustable handles with grips to enable ease and comfort of operation.
Workmate Concrete Joint and Pavement Cutters.
Workmate Equipment Concrete Cutters are designed for strength, durability and performance. Whether cutting concrete or asphalt, the reinforced steel box frame design adds the necessary strength to reduce vibrations while sawing. Minimizing vibrations enhances the performance of the blade and extends the life of the saw. Our concrete cutters are constructed using a super rigid box frame that ensures straight cuts while resisting warping and vibration prolongs saw life and extends blade life. Our concrete and joint cutters are fitted with ergonomically designed height adjustable handles with comfortable grips. Easy Manual Crank for adjusting cutting depths for accurate consistent and precise joint cutting. Hinged Front lift up blade guard is designed to provide easy blade replacement. Rustless water tank provides optimum flow and volume of water required to the blade for maximum efficiency and extended blade life. Throttle control at handle as standard.
Some Models of Workmate Compaction Units are fitted standard with Electric Start and other models are available as optional. Models fitted with Electric Start are fitted with fully sealed battery covers for efficient and reliable operating time after time.
